Selling a home can be a lot of work for someone who already has a full time job. My typical day in Real Estate is focusing on my sellers homes and marketing. Im spending 4-5 hours a day sending marketing materials out to the community. If you have the time plan on these places to send your listing and information out to

Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, Video, Personal calls to people you know, Personal calls to agents you know, Tracking all calls for follow up if you make price changes. Ensure you have high quality professional photos, If you can hire a videographer to assist in telling your homes story.
We do add more to this for the sellers we work with but this would be a great place to start.
