Do you think the buyer should be able to walk away? Is is fair to the seller because the buyer is not worried or scared ? What do you think is fair to the seller if he has to put the house on the market again ? What about the disruption to them. The dictionary defines “default” as “an omission or failure to perform a legal duty.”
